SA-93-0012 OF RUTH AND <br /> HARVEY BERNDT. <br /> --------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is to establish a tree trimming service located on <br /> the north side of the Southern Pacific Railroad Co. tracks on a <br /> 660 foot long private right-of-way, 2700 feet east of Locust <br /> Road, east of Lodi. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Development Services <br /> a. This approval is for the storage of equipment associated <br /> with a tree trimming business. The tree trimming business <br /> may be relative to the Farm Services use type or the Nursery <br /> Sales, Landscaping Services use type. Storage areas for the <br /> following equipment shall be shown on the improvement plan: <br /> (1) One boom truck <br /> (2) Two dump trucks <br /> (3) Two chippers <br /> (4) One stump grinder <br />
