Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-0012 <br /> b. Three automobile parking spaces are required, including one <br /> space for the physically handicapped. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015 . 3) <br /> C. No storage or other activities associated with this use <br /> shall be permitted in the area of this parcel that is <br /> designated Open Space/Resource Conservation on the General <br /> Plan. That area shall be shown on the Improvement Plan and <br /> shall be labeled as follows: <br /> "Open Space/Resource Conservation. Not a part of this <br /> project. " <br /> d. Submit an Improvement Plan showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading. Additional storm drainage run-off <br /> created by new improvements shall be retained on-site. The <br /> drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. A plan check fee <br /> will be required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> e. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained to provide a durable <br /> dust free surface.
