Development Committee -3-
UP-94-05
In order to proceed with the full Use Permit application, the
applicant shall submit a recorded grant deed for the property,
written authorization from the owner of the property, the required
number of Site Plans, reductions of the Site Plan, and
applications. In addition to this information, details shall be
provided regarding the type of uses proposed for the clubhouse,
range and parking lot lighting, and barrier/screening features to
keep golf balls on the project site. The Site Plan should show the
entire fifty-acre parcel and the same number of stations indicated
in the application.
NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform
prospective applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning
consistency, public improvement requirements, preliminary design
constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety
issues. This information is provided in the hope of assisting the
applicant in submitting a better and more complete application, as
well as minimizing processing time. It is not intended to be an
in-depth analysis, and an environmental assessment has not been
completed. The applicant should be aware that a detailed review
will not be done until the full application is submitted. Also, if
new or additional information is obtained, a revised application or
Environmental Impact Report may be required.
RL: ss
UP9405 .DC1
