The frontage improvement for Lammers Road across Parcel lshall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of--way rural road. The upon execution of the frontage improvements will be deferred by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250.00 fee currently is required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1 and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for approval.
