Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement of the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloroporpane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. For the "designated remainder" parcel, construct an <br /> individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> d. For the "designated remainder" parcel, construction of an <br /> individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> 3. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
