f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two-way aisles or sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide (Development Title Section 9- 1015.5[h][1]) (2) The first fifty (50) feet of the access drive from Lammers Road shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth of asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete. This area shall be a minimum of 25-feet wide. The remainder of the access drive is not required to be paved but shall be consistent with the requirements of the Fire Department(see Condition No. h[3]). g. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project (1) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9-1025.9 of the Development Tit.le. h. UNIFORM FIRE CODE:The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of A. Publicwater mains(Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code),or B. Static water supply(NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code). (2) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. (4) A knox box(key box)shall be installed according to fire department instructions. (5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code,Volume 2, Standard 10-1. (6) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or property.(C.F.C. Section 105.2.1) 2.
