f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two-way aisles or <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> (2) The first fifty (50) feet of the access drive from Lammers Road shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth of asphalt concrete or Portland <br /> cement concrete. This area shall be a minimum of 25-feet wide. The remainder of the access <br /> drive is not required to be paved but shall be consistent with the requirements of the Fire <br /> Department(see Condition No. h[3]). <br /> g. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project <br /> (1) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9-1025.9 of the <br /> Development Tit.le. <br /> h. UNIFORM FIRE CODE:The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of <br /> A. Publicwater mains(Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code),or <br /> B. Static water supply(NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code). <br /> (2) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and <br /> the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and <br /> the California Electrical Code. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (4) A knox box(key box)shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code,Volume 2, Standard <br /> 10-1. <br /> (6) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property.(C.F.C.
