Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to issuance of building permits, Environmental Health Division requires the applicant to <br /> submit a plan of operation for the disposal of water used in this generation facility, and a plan <br /> review fee of$261.00 is required at time of submittal (San Joaquin County Board of <br /> Supervisors Resolution 90-620). <br /> B. Should the project require a new well,the construction shall be completed under permit and <br /> inspection by Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br /> C. Approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.1). <br /> D.
