4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not <br /> including landscaping along the street frontage. One tree shall be required for <br /> each five (5) parking stalls, or portion thereof, evenly spaced throughout the <br /> parking lot. A five-foot planting strip is required in the parking lot along the <br /> northern, western, and eastern property lines. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.5) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along <br /> the northern, western and eastern property lines so as to screen the parking <br /> areas and structures. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][11) <br /> 2) All storage areas for trash shall be screened so as not to be visible from <br /> adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven <br /> (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side <br /> yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> 1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-say aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case <br /> shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) <br /> feet wide. <br /> j.
