Appeal Statement No. 6: <br /> In his appeal statement, the appellant states the following: <br /> Storm Drainage: Community Development Item C <br /> "There will be a lot more run off from parking lots and buildings. Where is it all going to go?" <br /> Response to Appeal Statement No. 6: <br /> All stormwater from the project will be required to remain on site (Development Title Section 9-1135). The <br /> applicant will be required to construct a retention pond to achieve this objective. Storm drainage <br /> calculations are required and approved prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> Appeal Statement No. 7: <br /> In his appeal statement, the appellant states the following: <br /> Fire Protection <br /> "What's the fire protection plan?" <br /> Response to Appeal Statement No. 7: <br /> The Tracy Fire District responded to the referral for the original Site Approval application with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> • Fire flow and hydrants shall be provided for the project utilizing the requirements of NFPA 1142, (a <br /> static water supply). <br /> • Fire access roads shall be installed per Section 902.2 of the Uniform Fire Code and the San <br /> Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association Fire Road Standard. <br /> • A Knox box (key box), fire extinguishers, and the appropriate fire permits for place of assembly and <br /> hood and duct extinguishing system shall be obtained prior to occupancy. <br /> San Joaquin County PA-0300116/People of Christ <br /> Community Development Page 5 <br />
