Therefore, a proof of Notice of <br /> Intent(NOI)to comply with the State General Construction Permit shall be required prior <br /> to issuance of any Permits. County NPDES conditions may apply depending on timing of <br /> Permits. <br /> 9. A traffic study is required prior to approval of this application, due to the traffic being <br /> generated by this project. The consulting Engineer shall recommend the scope of road <br /> segments and intersections to be studied, County staff will determine the final scope of <br /> work. The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the <br /> Department of Public Works Facilities Division,prior to Department of Public Works <br /> preparing or contracting for the required study. Any mitigation required by the traffic <br /> ` study shall be provided by the applicant. <br /> 10.
