Resolution 2005-165 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 1. The parcel to which water will be provided is vacant as of the date of adoption <br /> of the resolution, <br /> 2. There is an existing water line in the street or road adjacent to the property. <br /> 3. The proposed land use is single family detached residential or equivalent not <br /> requiring more than one Equivalent Consumer Unit (ECU) of service and not <br /> requiring a water service connection greater that one inch in diameter as <br /> governed by the California 8uilding Code. <br /> 4. The proposed land use is consistent with San Joaquin County zoning <br /> requirements. <br /> 5. The applicant presents building construction plans to the City for purpose of <br /> determination that the use will not require more than one ECU. <br /> 6. If there is not a waterline "stub out' to the property line. the applicant obtains <br /> encroachment permits as necessary from both San Joaquin County and the <br /> City of Tracy and pays the required permit and inspection fees for connection <br /> of the service line to the water line, <br /> 7. If there is a waterline "stub out"to the property line, the applicant obtains <br /> building permits as necessary from both San Joaquin County and the City of <br /> Tracy and pays the required permit and Inspection fees for connection of the <br /> service line to the water fine. <br /> B. The applicant presents plans approved by San Joaquin County for temporary <br /> sewer service. <br /> 9. The applicant signs, and agrees to have recorded against the property, a <br /> Deferred Improvement Agreement (DIA) to pay the fair share of the cost or <br /> the improvements attributable to the parcel at such time as the streel <br /> improvements in the area are initiated. <br /> 10. That the applicant pays to the City a fee in an amount equal to the City's cost <br /> of raw water supply and water treatment, in effect at the time of building <br /> permit (currently$4,600), and pays the water service connection fee in effect <br /> at the time of connection(currently $3.836). <br /> 11.
