1 <br /> (4) The applicant has developed and will implement a public service access plan providing or <br /> arranging for transportation, as necessary, for group care residents or children. The plan shall <br /> specifically describe the means by which residents will gain access to bus and other public <br /> transpor#Otion routes, shopping locations, medical, dental, or other health care facilities, and <br /> government offices. <br /> (5) The applicant will provide adequate exterior maintenance to the facility and surrounding yard <br /> and setback areas. This shall include a plan demonstrating provisions for regular yard and <br /> landscape irrigation and maintenance and other items of routine maintenance. BUILDING ,,BODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements for a Group I, Division 1 occupancy will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporatedn the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> C. The; lope of a parking space shall not exceed 114 inch per foot(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> x <br /> D. Prov.) a one van parking space. <br /> f <br /> (2) Water S,Cipply: The water supply for the proposed care facility shall be provided by means of a <br /> well. <br /> A.
