(Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1150.2) <br /> d. The site shall"be designed to contain the storm water runoff an the site and to prevent off-site <br /> sediment tra�Oport. Drainage facilities shall be provided and meet the requirements,of San Joaquin <br /> County Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from <br /> discharging onto other properties. Drainage into ditches in the County right-of-way and/or drywell <br /> holes are nof'permitted. Obtain coverge under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated With <br /> ConstructionfActivity(Construction General Permit 99-08-DWQ). The applicant shall file a Notice of <br /> Intent with they State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB)to state the intent to comply with the <br /> State's"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated With Construction Activity." The <br /> Waste Disch4rge Identification Number(WDID) issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to Public <br /> Works for filet':'`The applicant shall submit a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)to <br /> Public Works for,review. A SWPPP preparation guide is available at Public Works. A copy of the <br /> SWPPP shal(pe maintained on the construction site and presented to any County,.State, or Federal <br /> employee onsdemand. The SWPPP on the site shall include all required records, updates, test <br /> results, and irrmections. <br /> j. Prior to apprq'ving an application for a permit to develop within a special flood hazard area, the <br /> Floodplain Agministrator shall be provided with technical data to determine that the following is true: <br /> (1) In flood#nge areas, the cumulative effect of the proposed development,when combined with all <br /> other existing and anticipated development, will not increase-the water surface elevation on the <br /> 100-year,flood more than one.foot at any given point.
