A SWPPP preparation guide is available at Public Works. A copy of the <br /> SWPPP shal(pe maintained on the construction site and presented to any County,.State, or Federal <br /> employee onsdemand. The SWPPP on the site shall include all required records, updates, test <br /> results, and irrmections. <br /> j. Prior to apprq'ving an application for a permit to develop within a special flood hazard area, the <br /> Floodplain Agministrator shall be provided with technical data to determine that the following is true: <br /> (1) In flood#nge areas, the cumulative effect of the proposed development,when combined with all <br /> other existing and anticipated development, will not increase-the water surface elevation on the <br /> 100-year,flood more than one.foot at any given point.
