Screening <br /> shall beasix (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, <br /> street side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> g. LIGHTING: 'Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: - <br /> (1) Parking,tot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (2) All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the :premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property',-.line shall be permitted, except onto. public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: .' <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Larch Road shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. A minimum ten (10) foot wide planting strip shall be required along <br /> adjacentfystreets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and <br /> walkways. <br /> (3) Areas ofahe property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and <br /> kept mowed and dust free. <br /> i. SIGNS: Sign;:details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). 'SOCIAL CARE FACILITIES: ' <br /> �, M1 <br /> (1) A minimum of thirty-five (35) square feet of outdoor recreation area shall be provided per <br /> facility user under two (2) years of age and a minimum of seventy-five (75) square feet must <br /> be provided per user over two(2) years of age <br /> n° <br /> (2) All outdoor recreation areas shall be enclosed by walls or-fences not less than six (6) feet in <br /> height.
