(3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Ary lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of 84 feet, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Five trees shall be planted and evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot. A five-foot-wide planting strip is required in <br /> the parking lot along the east and south property lines. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.5) <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height shall be erected along the east <br /> and west south property lines of the project area. (Development Title Sections <br /> 9-1022.4[d][1] and 9-1020.5[e]) <br /> h. FIREWALL: There shall be a one-hour fire separation wall between the dwelling and the <br /> proposed warehouse where the distance between the two is less than 23 feet. <br /> 2.
