(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Maudine Warren APN: 218-020-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Lathrop Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> I The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result <br /> in a forty-two (42) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Lathrop Road to the <br /> property line across the parcel's frontage.
