On Parcels 2, 3 , and 4, construction of an individual <br /> domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> 4. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. Remove and replace the "Qg" line to District <br /> specifications within the boundary of this subdivision, <br /> or pay maintenance fees established by the District if <br /> the existing line is to remain. <br /> b. Provide all necessary easements on the Final Map for <br /> irrigation facilities within the subdivision. <br /> C. Execute a District Irrigation Service Abandonment <br /> Agreement for and remove structures from all parcels no <br /> longer requiring irrigation service or provide the <br /> necessary easements and extensions of irrigation lines to <br /> service each lot which requires irrigation service. <br /> d. Reinforce all road crossings with concrete pipe per <br /> District specifications. <br /> e. Provide access and access easements to all portions of <br /> the irrigation pipeline within the Subdivision <br /> boundaries. <br /> f. Submit improvement plans for review and approval by the <br /> South San Joaquin Irrigation District Board of Directors. <br /> 5. PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY: <br /> a. Any existing PG&E facilities affected by the project <br /> shall be relocated or placed underground at the owner's <br /> expense or developer's expense. <br />
