The estimate and legal descriptions <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Public Works Department and submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department for approval. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing irrigation and domestic water wells shall be <br /> tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates concurrently with the soil suitability, and <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to <br /> be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. On Parcels 2 , 3 , and 4 construct an individual sewage <br /> disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health division at the time of development. <br />
