There are two ( 2 ) <br /> existing homes on Lot 1 . <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> Soil Profile and Percolation tests conducted on the Pedro Huarte <br /> property located in San Joaquin County at 8355 East Lathrop Road , <br /> Manteca , California. <br /> Existing Septic System: <br /> Existing San Joaquin County Records were reviewed for the <br /> subject property as well as the area in the immediate vicinity of <br /> the subject property . Six (6 ) permits were studied covering <br /> properties in the area. One of these permits involves one of the <br /> existing homes on Lot 1 , being Mr . Steve Huatre ' s residence at 8375 <br /> East Lathrop Road , Manteca, California, and consisted of installing <br /> a leach field septic system. There were three permits for other <br /> properties in the general area which also involved leach field <br /> installations . The remaining two permits were for the installation <br /> of filter beds . These septic systems were installed between Apr i ' <br /> 15 , 1969 and December 31 , 1985 . <br /> No failures or repairs were noted on these facilities since <br /> their installation . <br /> Existing Land Use : <br /> Except for the two existing residences situate on Lot 1 , the <br /> remaining portion of the existing 20 . 02 acres parcel is devoted to <br /> the agricultural pursuit of growing grapes . <br /> Soil Suitability Study <br />
