The right-of-way to be offered for dedication in <br /> Recommendation "c" shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207 and the <br /> Tracy Rural Fire District (Planning Title Section 9-9422) . <br /> f. A non-exclusive access easement shall be granted over the area <br /> of right-of-way to be offered for dedication under Condition <br /> No. "c" (Planning Title Section 9--9204, 9-9380) . <br /> g. All easement of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) . <br /> h. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development on Parcels #2 and #3 . <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcels <br /> #2 and #3 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health division at the time of development. <br /> 3. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 .9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or <br /> annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal <br /> board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which <br /> action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 56499. 37 of the Government Code. <br />
