EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> As indicated, there are no existing structures on the <br /> property. However, there are several neighbors that are in <br /> reasonably close proximity to the subject property. Three of these <br /> neighbors were able to be interviewed and this information is <br /> presented next: <br /> OWNER: Esenarro <br /> ADDRESS: 4494 W. Lehman Rd. <br /> LOCATION: Adjacent to the subject property, due west. <br /> AGE OF HOUSE: 35 years <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, utilizing original septic system with two or <br /> three leach lines located on the west side of the <br /> house. The system was pumped out three years ago <br /> when it backed up. <br /> OWNER: Carcelero <br /> ADDRESS: 3656 W. Lehman Rd. <br /> LOCATION: Adjacent to the property, due east. <br /> AGE OF HOUSE: 50 years <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, utilizing a septic system with two leach <br /> lines. The system backs up approximately every ten <br /> years and requires pumping out. <br /> OWNER: Owens <br /> ADDRESS: 29516 Bird Rd. <br /> LOCATION: Approximately 300 yards north of the property. <br /> AGE OF HOUSE: 25 years <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, utilizing a septic system with two leach <br /> lines. The system was pumped out approximately <br /> five years ago when it backed up. <br /> V. GROUND WATER DEPTH AND TESTING <br /> When excavating the profile holes, groundwater was encountered <br /> at a depth of seven feet. The site was investigated immediately <br /> following several weeks of heavy rains which likely contributed to <br /> the high ground water elevation. <br /> As previously indicated, there are no existing wells on the <br /> subject property available for sampling. Consequently the water <br /> from Mr. Joe Esenarro well ( located at the northwest corner of the <br /> szpERO <br /> 11+0 <br /> S <br />
