CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL MS-92-182 PIETER & ETHEL GROENVELD Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. This approval will expire two (2) years from the date of approval unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s Division. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.
