The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A permit for <br /> the percolation test is required from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. All sewage lines are to be tightly capped if the mobile <br /> home is disconnected. <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAOUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a . The developer shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and <br /> the removal of irrigation structures for parcel 1 if <br /> parcel 1 will not continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> b. Construct a berm or ditch around parcel 1 to prevent <br /> flooding resulting from the irrigation of the surrounding <br /> properties. <br /> C. If irrigation service is to continue to all parcels, the <br /> appropriate private irrigation easements shall be <br /> provided and provisions made to extend an irrigation line <br /> to the parcels who will continue to irrigate. <br />
