2 -
San Joaquin County April 11, 1991
Attn: Mr. Jim Miller
Subject: Minor Subdivision Application
No. MS 91-59
Soil Suitability Study
Within a radius of one-fourth (4) mile of the subject
property, there are ten (10) existing residences, including a house
on the subject site. There is no history of septic system failures
in this area. It is the opinion of the undersigned that the soil
conditions are suitable for the purpose of the subject application,
which is to create a 3 . 5-acre site for the existing residence with
an existing septic system, leaving a 16 . 5-acre remainder parcel
which will be continued in the present agricultural usage.
In consideration of the fact that the subject minor
subdivision application will provide for a maximum of one (1)
additional new septic tank system, it is the opinion of the
undersigned that the subject application will not have an adverse
cumulative effect on the quality of the groundwater in the area.
Our professional opinion is that the above findings and
statements do not constitute either an expressed or implied
guarantee or warranty.
Very truly yours,
R.
