Rausser Property Page 13 of 14
Our Project Number: E07121A
August 8, 2007
17.0 CONCLUSIONS
In summary, a satisfactory percolation rate of the soil was achieved in the proposed
septic disposal area on proposed Parcel 1 and Parcel 2. The proposed parcels appear
suitable for standard septic systems utilizing leach lines and pits. A water sample was
taken from the onsite water well. The results of these tests are forthcoming.
No groundwater was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property.
,/8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the
existing and proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site
conditions as they existed at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the
percolation tests. It was assumed that the test holes and percolation test results are
representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area. Our professional
services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
