Mackville Road
Clements, CA 95227
Dear Mr. Dewhurst,
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has notified our office on June 4, 2003 that
cobbles were encountered during the drilling of the seepage pits for the septic system.Due to the
presence of the cobbles,we understand the pits were not drilled.
As an alternative to seepage pits, it will be acceptable to substitute 2-11 wide, 10-ft deep, 18-ft long sgmp
in place of the each seepage pit. Follow the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards regarding the
installation of sumps.
Best Regards,
NEIL O.ANDERSON& ASSOC.,INC.
David J.
