Prior to approval of any proposed Engineered Septic System design, the following
questions need to be addressed:
Parcel 1, Liberty Road:
The reference to MS-01-43 refers to subdivision on Atkins Road, not on Liberty Road.
Replacement area for the septic system shall be designated by a California state approved,
licensed Engineer, not the homeowner.
Parcel 1, percolation test results shows "0" drop in the last half hour, but shows a 222
minutes an inch drop. How and where are the calculations showing how these results were
reached?
How did Neal Anderson and Associates acquire the calculations to obtain 33% porosity in
pits from the report LG 02-140?
The percolation test had no signature, or original stamp on it. The percolation test results
need to be certified and stamped by a state approved, licensed engineer, and the original
submitted to the Environmental Health Department. EHD does not accept copies or faxed
copies of test results.
Septic plans shows tar paper is used for cover over rock. Replace with leach-line paper or
straw.
