We believe it should be 250 minutes per inch. <br /> Parcel 4, Liberty Road: <br /> • Page 1 shows three additional percolation tests were performed, but page 2 shows only two <br /> additional tests and only two tests are shown on data sheet. <br /> Environmental Health Department is requiring an addendum of the Soil Suitability Study <br /> incorporating corrected Site Plan/Septic Plan for each parcel.
