PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> We understand that Jeff Mundell has owned the property since January 2002. The <br /> property is presently dry pasture land with cattle (see Plate 1). <br /> According to a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report prepared by our office for this <br /> property, the site has always been used for dry grazing. For a detailed history of the site, please <br /> ` see the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report prepared for Jeff Mundell, which describes the <br /> property history in more detail.' <br /> IV. SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> 6. The site is generally bounded by Liberty Road to the south, Mackville Road to the east, <br /> and dry pasture land to the west and north. The surrounding area appears to be used for dry <br /> pasture. To the south of the property across Liberty Road, there is pasture land and two <br /> residences. On the east side of Mackville Road across from the property, there are eight(8) <br /> houses on large lots, one containing pasture land. <br /> An interview was conducted with available persons who have knowledge of septic system <br /> performance and water wells in the area. Three(3) neighbors to the project were interviewed <br /> regarding their knowledge of septic system and water well performance in the local area.
