In some areas the surface layer is loam. <br /> Permeability is moderately slow in the upper part of the Yellowlark soil and very slow <br /> in the claypan (USDA, p.143). <br /> IV. REVIEW OF REGIONAL AND LOCAL REGULATORY AGENCY <br /> RECORDS <br /> 1. Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> Our office reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) List and the Spills, Leaks, <br /> Investigations, and Cleanups (SLIC)List on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board(CVRWQCB)in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency <br /> which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject <br /> property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. <br /> Our office reviewed the CVRWQCB LUST List dated July,2002. The subject property was not listed <br /> on the database at the time that we reviewed it. The CVRWQCB reports that there are no (0) <br /> ` correlations between the database and any addresses within the specified search radius. <br /> According to the CVRWQCB SLIC/DOD/DOE (Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanup <br /> " Sites/Federal Department of Defense Sites/Federal Department of Energy Sites) List dated "3rd <br /> Quarter," 2002,the subject property does not appear on this list at this time. The RWQCB notes no <br /> (0) sites on the SLIC/DOD/DOE list which are within the specified search radius. <br /> — <br /> 2. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division(EHD)to review <br /> file information on sites within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. According to Ms. <br /> Tami Lowe of the EHD, there are no files referencing the subject property in the EHD database. <br /> NOA reviewed the Underground Storage Tank List and the "Site Mitigation"List at the EHD. There <br /> were no(0)properties within 1/4 mile noted on the Underground Storage Tank list and no(0) sites <br /> found on the "Site Mitigation" list. <br /> 3. San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services(OES) in an attempt <br /> to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials releases <br /> 7 <br /> r. <br />
