The final stand of trees is along the south border of the subject property on <br /> the east half. <br /> 1952-The road that cut through the subject property in the previous photograph is now less defined. <br /> There is a cultivated field south of the middle portion of the subject property. There are three small <br /> fields north of the north border of the subject property. No other significant changes were <br /> discernible from the 1937 photograph, described above. <br /> 1963 -The road through the subject property is no longer apparent. All of the fields in the previous <br /> photograph are no longer apparent. The subject property is near the top of the photograph,therefore, <br /> properties to the north of the subject property are not apparent. No other significant changes were <br /> .� discernible from the 1952 photograph, described above. <br /> 1975 - A tributary to Coyote Creek now cuts through(or originates from)a man-made pond that is <br /> just north of the middle of the north border of the subject property. There are two other ponds <br /> arranged in the property to the north of the subject property. In the midst of the ponds, there are <br /> three long buildings (possibly used for livestock) and what could be characterized as a homestead. <br /> 6. There are cultivated fields arranged between this infrastructure. No other significant changes were <br /> discernible from the 1963 photograph, described above. <br /> 6. 1983 - The rows in the fields, found in the midst of the ponds and buildings north of the subject <br /> property, appear more pronounced than in the previous photograph. This phenomena could be <br /> explained by the fact that it could have been recently irrigated. No other significant changes were <br /> ` discernible from the 1975 photograph, described above. <br /> B. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey,Clements, <br /> California, 7.5 minute Series(topographic)quadrangle map. The Clements quadrangle was available <br /> from the years of 1909, 1909 reprinted 1939, 1952, 1968, and 1968 with a minor revision in 1993. <br /> ` 1909 - The subject property is the north half of section 35 of township 5 north, range 8 east at <br /> between 200 and 250 feet above mean sea-level. East Liberty and Mackville Roads are apparent. <br /> A road is depicted as running through the east half of the subject property in a northeast/southwest <br /> trend from the northeast corner of the section. At the south border of the subject property the road <br /> turns south and continues to East Liberty Road. An intermittent stream is depicted as running along <br /> the west side of the road. One structure is depicted in the eastern portion of the south half of section <br /> 35. <br /> 10 <br />
