October 22,2002
NOA ENVEKONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE02-386
` of the subject property. The final stand of trees is along the south border of the subject property on
the east half.
1952-The road that cut through the subject property in the previous photograph is now less defined.
There is a cultivated field south of the middle portion of the subject property. There are three small
fields north of the north border of the subject property. No other significant changes were
discernible from the 1937 photograph, described above.
1963 -The road through the subject property is no longer apparent. All of the fields in the previous
photograph are no longer apparent. The subject property is near the top of the photograph, therefore,
properties to the north of the subject property are not apparent. No other significant changes were
. discernible from the 1952 photograph, described above.
1975 - A tributary to Coyote Creek now cuts through(or originates from)a man-made pond that is
just north of the middle of the north border of the subject property. There are two other ponds
arranged in the property to the north of the subject property. In the midst of the ponds, there are
three long buildings (possibly used for livestock) and what could be characterized as a homestead.
6. There are cultivated fields arranged between this infrastructure. No other significant changes were
discernible from the 1963 photograph, described above.
6. 1983 - The rows in the fields, found in the midst of the ponds and buildings north of the subject
property, appear more pronounced than in the previous photograph. This phenomena could be
explained by the fact that it could have been recently irrigated. No other significant changes were
` discernible from the 1975 photograph, described above.
B. USGS Topographic Maps
The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey,Clements,
California, 7.5 minute Series(topographic)quadrangle map.
