San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD) was contacted in an <br /> effort to obtain information as to whether any agricultural bum permits have been issued for the <br /> subject property. Ms. Karen Morris of the SJVUAPCD states that they have no records on file for <br /> the address of the subject property. <br /> 8. California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> The Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) database is maintained by the California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board (CIWMB). The SWIS database contains an inventory of solid waste <br /> disposal facilities or landfills. These may be active or inactive facilities or open dumps that failed to <br /> meet RCRA Section 2204 criteria for solid waste landfills or disposal sites. The SWIS database list <br /> was searched for a reference to the subject property and for sites located within one-quarter mile of <br /> the subject property. <br /> Our review of the SWIS database online(http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/Landfills/)on October 1, 2002 <br /> noted that the subject property does not appear on the SWIS database at this time. The SWIS <br /> database lists no (0) sites that are within one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. <br /> V. HISTORICAL USE INFORMATION <br /> Recorded Land Title Records <br /> A chain of title report was not provided or requested by the client for NOA's use in preparing this <br /> report. <br /> A. Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were <br /> reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. <br /> 1937 -East Liberty and Mackville Roads are apparent. Drainage systems are apparent throughout <br /> the property,typically running to a larger stream(later identified as Coyote Creek)which meanders <br /> north/south through the east half of the subject property. There is a homestead south of the east half <br /> of the subject property,not far from the south border of the subject property. There is a homestead <br /> one half mile north of the east half of the subject property. A road connects the two aforementioned <br /> homesteads. The road cuts through the subject property from the approximate center of the south <br /> border to the northeast corner of the subject property. There are three stands of trees on the subject <br /> property. One is just north of the middle of the subject property. One is in the center ofthe east half <br /> 9 <br />
