October 22,2002
NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE02-386
` VI. INTERVIEWS
An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject
property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective of the interview
process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with
the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed
by the property owner for use by NOA for this report. A copy of the responses have been included
in this report as Appendix D.
Information gleaned from the questionnaire submitted and signed by Art and Sandy Haskins includes
the fact that the current and past land uses for the subject property are that of cattle grazing and being
. vacant. Jerry Forster is the name given as the former owner. According to the questionnaire, the
property is zoned for SO acre parcels. Land uses of surrounding properties are listed as cattle grazing.
There was no other pertinent information offered on the questionnaire.
At the time of the site reconnaissance, Mrs. Haskins was questioned about the uses of the pond on
the subject property, as well as the ponds on the property to the north of the subject property.
According to Mrs. Haskins, the ponds are used for drinking water for livestock rather than for
pesticide application on the livestock.
` VII.
