The odor is <br /> L reminiscent ofwine. There are no vineyards adjacent to the subject property;however,this does not <br /> mean there is not a winery in the area. <br /> L VIII. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> There is one transformer within 250 feet of the subject property servicing the well in the pond near <br /> the middle of the north border of the subject property. The transformer appears old but in good <br /> condition without leaks. The owner of the transformer is unknown. A property south of the west <br /> quarter of the subject property appears to be a "junkyard". The "junkyard" is topographically <br /> downhill and hydrologically cross-gradient from the subject property. A strong, sweet odor was <br /> L observed in the southwest corner of the subject property. <br /> L XI.
