PA-0700392 OF <br /> SINGH, SALENDAR (C/O MONTE SEIBEL)(APN: 005-090-20 through 24, <br /> 005-110-02,05,06,07,08,13,14, and 15)(4090 EAST LIBERTY ROAD, <br /> GALT) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Zone Reclassification pre-application <br /> to change the zoning of thirteen parcels totaling 108 acres from a zoning designation of <br /> AG-40 (General Agriculture-40 acre minimum) to R-R (Rural Residential). The current <br /> General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture) with two parcels (APN# 005-110- <br /> 13, 005-090-24) additionally having a General Plan designation of OS/RC (Open Space <br /> Resource Conservation). The project area includes parcels ranging from 0.46 acres to <br /> 26.66 acres in size, with an average parcel size of 8.4 acres. <br /> The project site is located at the southwest corner of Liberty Road and North Cherokee <br /> Lane, north of Lodi, east of the rural community of Collierville. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Zone <br /> Reclassification application and offers the following comments: <br /> Background <br /> In 2003, a zone reclassification pre-application (PA-0300065) was filed for the exact <br /> same proposed amendment encompassing the same area. The application was not <br /> pursued further. <br /> The rural community of Collierville is adjacent to the west and this project area is outside <br /> of the rural community. <br />
