CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SUSAN STRANGE <br /> SA-91-27 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire with 18 months of the date of approval, <br /> unless: (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The kennel shall be approved for a maximum of twenty-five (25) <br /> dogs and shall not be a public boarding, training, or <br /> commercial kennel. Any change in the approved use shall be <br /> subject to an approved Revisions to Approved Actions or Site <br /> approval application. A change in use may also make the <br /> applicant subject to securing a Business License and making <br /> on-site improvements consistent with a commercial use. <br /> b. No advertising signs shall be permitted as a part of this <br /> approval. <br /> C. Details of the eight (8) foot high sound barriers shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan and be installed within thirty <br /> (30) days of final sign off of the Improvement Plan. <br /> d. A dog exercise area, enclosed by a six-foot high fence, shall <br /> be shown on the Improvement Plan and be installed within <br /> thirty (30) days of final sign off of the Improvement Plan. <br /> e. Access to the kennel, game bird production units, and <br /> aquaculture facilities shall be provided in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the Liberty Fire District. <br /> f. The applicant shall submit copies of all licenses required by <br /> the California Department of Fish and Game, the United States <br /> Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board prior to the initiation of the associated uses. <br /> g. A written notification of the work schedule, including days <br /> and hours of operation, shall be provided prior to the start <br /> of any on-site grading required for the construction of the <br /> fish ponds. Excavation operations shall not be carried on <br /> during the hours from 9: 00 p.m. through 5: 00 a.m. <br />
