One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division for distribution to the involved County <br /> departments. A Plan Check fee will be required. <br /> 1. Employees for the approved uses shall be limited to resident, <br /> family members only. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> n. The operation of the kennel shall not result in noise levels <br /> greater than 65 db Ldn at the property lines. <br /> 0. Except for movement on or off the property, dogs shall not be <br /> kept or maintained in enclosures smaller than one-half acre <br /> closer than forty (40) feet from any rear or side property <br /> line. <br /> P. Game birds shall be kept and maintained a minimum distance of <br /> one hundred (100) feet from the nearest property line. <br /> q. One off-street truck loading space, as required by Section 9- <br /> 3705 of the Planning Title, shall be provided and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> r. All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, <br /> cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free from litter, <br /> garbage, and the excessive accumulation of manure, so as to <br /> discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, <br /> and offensive odors. Premises are to be maintained in a neat <br /> and sanitary manner. <br />
