PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> / apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Y <br /> ""5%C12, <br /> a. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to <br /> the Environmental Health Division for review prior to <br /> construction. The Environmental Health Division has specific <br /> requirements for kennel construction. <br /> Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee, and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system <br /> �S ry meeting the requirements of the Environmental Health Division <br /> shall be available for washing food preparation equipment, <br /> bathing of animals, as well as washing down shelters and pens <br /> SA'yor dog runs. <br /> b` Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481, A.B. 939, <br /> and Title 14, CCR. <br /> e. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water <br /> supply system(s) . <br /> f. The proposed windmill well will require a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> g. All waste from this operation to be handled so as not to cause <br /> an odor or vector nuisance. Provide a manure management plan <br /> that is approved by the CVRWQCB and accepted by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br />
