DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. d. All work within the 100-Year Flood Plain shall be subject to at a minimum, securing an Encroachment Permit from the County Flood Control Office. Proof of the existing dam' s legal placement shall be provided or a new, approved permit shall be required.
