A note to that effect shall appear on the <br /> Improvement Plan, along with calculations regarding the amount <br /> of soil involved in the grading of the ponds. <br /> t. The temporary office trailer shown on the Site Plan shall be <br /> removed from the site prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> NOTE: Any modification of the above conditions or approved plan <br /> shall only be by a "Revisions of Approved Actions" <br /> application or by filing of a new application. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> Storm drainage shall be retained on-site, run-off and <br /> processing water shall be treated separately. <br /> b. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the <br /> County road right-of-way. <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 047 . 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square feet of building as "Manufacturing" in <br /> the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> d. All work within the 100-Year Flood Plain shall be subject to <br /> at a minimum, securing an Encroachment Permit from the County <br /> Flood Control Office. Proof of the existing dam' s legal <br /> placement shall be provided or a new, approved permit shall be <br /> required. <br />
