12 February 2015
AGE Project No. 14-3062
AGE recommends the location of the concrete pipe area be investigated and if it's found
to be the location of a septic feature, the tank/system/leach pit should be properly
destroyed under permit from the SJCEHD. If a water well is encountered in the to ac tion
of the concrete pipe, the well should be properly destroyed under permit from the
SJCEHD or the appropriate permits procured for future use. Additionally, the potential
location (further east onto the property) of the upgraded septic tank/system should be
investigated and if encountered properly destroyed under permit from the SJCEHD.
No additional information has been obtained and no significant changes in the subject
site, as far as AGE is aware, have occurred since the Surface and Subsurface
Contamination Report was prepared.
The opportunity to provide this service is greatly appreciated.
