2) Opening a business such as the one proposed will greatly increase the <br /> noise level in a neighborhood that is otherwise a quiet, peaceful place. <br /> 3) The aesthetics of the neighborhood will be greatly affected by the <br /> changes proposed by the property owner as far as ripping out trees, installing parking <br /> stalls, signage, etc. This is not a commercial zone, and a property owner should not be <br /> allowed to alter the property in such a way that would affect the aesthetics of this <br /> neighborhood. <br /> 4) The proposed child care center will greatly impact the financial value of <br /> the surrounding properties, including ours. The child care center would cause our <br /> property to instantly decrease in value. <br /> 5) The additional traffic and parking around the subject location would <br /> cause problems for surrounding property owners, their quests and invitees.
