Lincoln Road. The notice we received stated that comments on the project <br /> were to be sent to your office prior to May 3, 2 0 0 6. <br /> Our home is located directly across the street from the subject property. Please be <br /> advised that we will vehemently oppose any efforts by the property owner to open a <br /> child care center in the home located at I 10 4 W. Lincoln Road. If necessary we will <br /> hire an attorney and attempt to get an injunction against the proposed child care <br /> center. <br /> Our objections are: <br /> I ) This is a residential neighborhood and zoned as a low density residential <br /> neighborhood. <br />
