Linne Road,Tracy, CA <br /> Tracy California <br /> (APN Nos.:255-270-5,-20,-21,-23,-25,-37,&-38) <br /> GPE Project No.662.1 <br /> February 11,2013 <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> Geo-Phase Environmental Inc. performed a Surface and Subsurface Contamination study of <br /> the subject property (hereinafter called the "Property". The findings of the study are <br /> discussed below. <br /> Summary <br /> A summary of observations made during the study is outlined below: <br /> Property Description & ation <br /> The �f°pe consists f 7 gricultural parcels that are contiguous, and have a total area of <br /> about 724 21res. Thep is are zoned for agricultural use (AG-40). The Property occupies <br /> portions of Sections 9 and 10 of T3S, R6E, MDB&M. It is situated on the south side of <br /> Linne Road between Koster and Kasson Roads. The Property is served by septic sewage <br /> systems and a domestic water well situated near the farm building complex on parcel 38. <br /> The Banta Carbona Irrigation District provides irrigation water. Stormwater is drained <br /> internally. A number of pole-mounted utility transformers are located on the Property. <br /> These appear to be the Property of PG&E and many lie on PG&E easements. <br /> Proposed Uses <br /> The Property is being subdivided int 17 los as shown on maps in Appendix A!Each lot has <br /> an area of roughly 40 to 50 acres. subdivision was undertaken for the convenience of <br /> the owner and no change in land use is anticipated, except that the land is to be converted to._ <br /> use as almond orchards. <br /> 2937 Veneman Ave.,#B240 Geo-Phase Environmental Inc.
