Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207 , San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-1c, and the Tracy Rural Fire District prior to issuance of the building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) i . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910 . 20) j . Individual wells will be allowed until a public water system is available.
