A soil suitability study as required by Section 9- 1105 . 2 (d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title must be performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map to indicate that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
