Box 339 <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Revisions of Approved Actions application for an approved Minor <br /> Subdivision to subdivide 10.7 acres to create four rural residential lots. The request is to revise <br /> Conditions of Approval to require deposit of $9,000 per lot for construction of the water system, to be <br /> paid at time of building permit application as each parcel is developed. <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of Linne Road, 1300 feet west of <br /> Chrisman Road, south of Tracy (APN: 248-080-19; 7879 W. Linne Road, Tracy) (Supervisorial District <br /> 5). <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies <br /> of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development <br /> Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit <br /> them to the Community Development Department no later than December 10, 1997. Comments or <br /> recommendations received after that date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this <br /> application. <br /> BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HEARING: The Board of Supervisors will tentatively hold a public hearing <br /> on this project at 1:30 p.m. on January 13, 1998. The public hearing will be held in the Board Chambers <br /> on the 7`h Floor of the County Courthouse, 222 E.
