CONDITIONS AS PROPOSED j. Individual wells will be allowed until a public water system is available. The owner shall execute an agreement with the Department of Public Works to share in the cost of developing a public water system. A deposit of$9,000.00 per lot will be required when the parcels are developed for the construction of the eater system. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application and shall be held in an interest bearing trust fund and used to plan, design, and construct the public water system. The owner of each lot shall receive a ref and if costs are lower. The agreement shall be executed prior to approval of the Parcel Map. A $250.00 fee currently is required for processing, per Development Title Table 9-240.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and legal descriptions of Parcels 1,2,3,and 4. (Development Title Section 9-1120.4) n. In conformance with the General Plan and County Ordinance No. 3310, annex lands within MS- 92-175 to County Service Area No.44 and provide a public water supply. Should individual wells be allowed, it is then recommended that "dry" water lines be constructed in conjunction with the final map.
