CONDITIONS AS PROPOSED <br /> j. Individual wells will be allowed until a public water system is available. The owner shall execute <br /> an agreement with the Department of Public Works to share in the cost of developing a public <br /> water system. A deposit of$9,000.00 per lot will be required when the parcels are developed for <br /> the construction of the eater system. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application and shall be held in an interest bearing trust fund and used to plan, design, and <br /> construct the public water system. The owner of each lot shall receive a ref and if costs are lower. <br /> The agreement shall be executed prior to approval of the Parcel Map. A $250.00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing, per Development Title Table 9-240.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed and legal descriptions of Parcels 1,2,3,and 4. (Development Title Section 9-1120.4) <br /> n. In conformance with the General Plan and County Ordinance No. 3310, annex lands within MS- <br /> 92-175 to County Service Area No.44 and provide a public water supply. Should individual wells <br /> be allowed, it is then recommended that "dry" water lines be constructed in conjunction with the <br /> final map. The owner shall execute an agreement with the County to share in the cost of <br /> developing a future public water system. A deposit of$9,000.00 per lot will be required when the <br /> parcels are developed for the construction of the water system. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application and shall be held in an interest bearing trust fund and used to <br /> plan, design, and construct the public water system. Once the water system is designed and <br /> constructed, the owner of-each lot shall also be required to initiate annexation to the public entity <br /> providing water and be responsible for any cost above the deposit amount and shall receive a <br /> refund if costs are lower. The agreement shall be executed prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (A $250.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2. In <br /> addition, a copy of the Grant Deed and legal descriptions of Parcel 1, 2, 3, and 4 are required.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1120.4) <br />
