PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title must be performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map to indicate <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State approved lab. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. Construct individual sewage disposal systems on Parcels 2, 3, and 4 under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-3003) <br /> d. The project shall be served by a public water system, as required by the current <br /> 'Development Policy,* conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services (Environmental Health Division), and the Department of Public Works. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> i indemnify,and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers,and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br />
