Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to <br /> an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $186.00 plan check fee is required <br /> at the time of submittal. <br />
