5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use will not interfere with nor alter the <br /> current land uses on adjacent properties. The adjacent property to the east of the project <br /> site is vacant land that is zoned R-R (Rural Residential). The applicant will be required to <br /> erect a masonry wall on the east property line where there will be development (i.e., <br /> adjacent to the proposed parking area).
